Bastide Announces Strong 2025-2026 Financial Results
Groupe Bastide reported a 7.9% organic growth in its 2025-2026 annual results, achieving revenues of €482.4 million. The recurring operating margin exceeded targets at 9.2%. Net profit attributed to the Group surged to €58.1 million, largely due to asset disposals and improved cash flow.
The company reduced its net financial debt by €135 million, lowering the leverage ratio to 2.37x. Operating free cash flow increased by €16 million, reaching €38 million. This was underpinned by robust performances in "Home healthcare services" and "Homecare".
For 2026-2027, Bastide aims to exceed €500 million in revenue, maintaining stable margins, despite inflationary pressures. Strategic focuses include efficiency improvements, sustaining organic growth, and exploring development initiatives. The Group plans to sustain cash generation, ensuring financial flexibility.
