Tunkillia Gold Project Phase 2 Drilling: New Assay Results

Barton Gold Holdings Limited has announced the latest assay results from the Phase 2 drilling at the Tunkillia Gold Project in South Australia. The recent assays cover around 40,000 meters of reverse circulation drilling in Area 223 North and the southern end of the main Area 223 pits. The assays highlight significant mineralization with notable intersections in several holes, including TKB0597 with 22 meters at 0.93 g/t Au, and TKB0618 with 29 meters at 1.24 g/t Au.

The results support enhancements in mineral resources as they reveal broader and higher-grade intersections. Barton is advancing a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) led by GR Engineering, targeting completion by Q1 2027. The expanded drilling program aims for further extensions and increased mineralization quality. Barton's Managing Director, Alexander Scanlon, emphasized the promise shown by these results, indicating potential upgrades in gold and silver resources.
