Drilling Accelerated for High-Grade Silver Discovery at Barton's Tolmer Zone
Barton Gold Holdings Limited has announced an accelerated follow-up drilling at its Tolmer high-grade silver zone within the Tarcoola Gold Project located in South Australia. The discovery, recognized for its high silver assays, stems from a line of seven 'discovery holes,' three of which returned globally significant results.
The assays included standout silver drill holes such as TBAC130 with 6 meters at 4,747 g/t from 46 meters, and TBM227 with 4 meters at 1,417 g/t from 9 meters. Drilling is set to resume next week, undertaken by Bullion Drilling.
Barton Gold's Managing Director Alexander Scanlon emphasized the urgency in progressing the project due to the significant promise shown by the high-grade silver results, which are notably above average for Australia. The company aims to delineate the silver zone swiftly as part of its ongoing resource development in the Gawler Craton region.
