Barton Gold Completes Phase 2 Drilling at Tunkillia Project

Barton Gold Holdings Limited has concluded its 'Phase 2' drilling at the Tunkillia Gold Project in South Australia. Over a five-month period, 38,760 meters of reverse circulation and diamond drilling were completed across 311 holes. This effort aims to upgrade the mineralisation to JORC ‘Indicated’ and ‘Measured’ categories.

The Tunkillia project's S1 'Starter Pit' is projected to produce 206,000 ounces of gold and 491,000 ounces of silver. With a cash cost of A$997 per ounce, it is expected to generate over A$800 million in operating cash, repaying development costs twice in the first year.

A Pre-Feasibility Study is underway, targeting publication in Q1 CY27, as Barton continues to explore the upside potential revealed by the recent drilling results.
