Barclays augmente sa participation dans Halfords Group PLC
Le 20 août 2026, Halfords Group PLC a annoncé une modification importante de son actionnariat. Barclays PLC a augmenté sa participation au capital de la société, franchissant le seuil requis le 14 août 2026, et en a informé l'émetteur le 18 août. Barclays détient désormais 6,04 % des droits de vote de Halfords, contre 6,08 % auparavant.
L'acquisition a pour principal actionnaire Barclays Capital Securities Limited. Cette opération reflète les intérêts stratégiques de Barclays, comme en témoignent les droits de vote de 5,98 % attachés directement aux actions et les 0,06 % supplémentaires liés à des instruments financiers. Les instruments acquis comprennent des CFD et des swaps de portefeuille, dont l'échéance se situe entre septembre 2026 et août 2027.
Barclays PLC contrôle intégralement ces participations par l'intermédiaire de ses filiales, notamment Barclays Capital Securities Limited et Barclays Investment Solutions Limited.
