Barbara Bui is exiting the receivership proceedings
The Paris Commercial Court approved on January 9, 2026 the continuation plan proposed by Barbara Bui, ending the receivership proceedings initiated in July 2024. This decision allows the company to continue its activities within a restructured financial framework.
The plan includes debt write-offs of €0.6 million, repayment of shareholder current accounts of €1.1 million, and a nine-year repayment plan for €3.2 million of outstanding debts. Total declared liabilities amounted to €10.3 million, of which €5.3 million were included in the plan.
Despite a complex economic climate, Barbara Bui is projecting 14% growth for its Parisian boutiques and 65% growth for its e-commerce in 2025. The 2025 annual results will be announced in April 2026.
