Banyan Gold Completes $46.5 Million Private Placement

Banyan Gold Corp. has announced the closing of a $46.5 million private placement. The offering includes 15.5 million flow-through shares at $1.918 each and 12 million common shares at $1.40 each. These shares are subject to Canadian securities laws hold period, expiring September 7, 2026.

Proceeds from the flow-through shares will fund eligible Canadian exploration expenses in the Yukon, to be completed by December 31, 2027. CEO Tara Christie highlighted the placement's role in funding Banyan's drill program and resource expansion at the AurMac Project through 2027.

The AurMac Project, located in Yukon's Traditional Territory of the First Nation of Na-Cho Nyäk Dun, holds an Indicated Mineral Resource of 2.274 million ounces of gold. Banyan also holds the Hyland and Nitra Gold Projects in Yukon.
