Commerzbank AGM Set for 20 May 2026 in Wiesbaden
Commerzbank AG has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in person on 20 May 2026 at the RheinMain CongressCenter, Wiesbaden. Key agenda items include the decision on a €1.10 dividend per share and authorization for further share buybacks. This marks a substantial return of capital to shareholders, totaling around €2.7 billion for the 2025 financial year.
The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. (CEST) with live broadcasts of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Jens Weidmann's opening and CEO Bettina Orlopp's speech accessible online. Shareholders must register by 13 May 2026 to attend or vote.
Enhanced shareholder engagement through buybacks will continue, with the bank seeking authorization to acquire up to 10% of its share capital. This follows a €1.5 billion buyback between September 2025 and March 2026.
