Ecoslops Records 5% Revenue Growth in 2025 Amid Tough Market Conditions
In 2025, Ecoslops, known for integrating oil into the circular economy, reported a 5% revenue increase, reaching €12 million despite challenging oil market conditions. This growth was supported by a 16% surge in Port Services revenue, offsetting the limited 1% increase in the Refined Products sector.
Despite a 4-point drop in the gross margin rate due to rising shipping costs, EBITDA remained positive at €0.3 million. Financial results showed a €1.5 million loss, incorporating impairment charges related to Valtech Energy and interest expenses.
The company managed stable net debt, closing the year with cash reserves of €5.2 million. Shareholder equity fell by €2.5 million, reflecting the annual loss. Ecoslops maintained focus on recycling, achieving significant milestones in ESG certifications and preparing for future business development opportunities.
