Ecoslops: Details on the Number of Shares and Voting Rights as of June 30, 2026
Ecoslops has published an update regarding its share capital as of June 30, 2026. The company has a total of 5,218,966 shares. As for voting rights, 5,213,216 are exercisable, while the theoretical number remains at 5,218,966. This difference is explained by treasury shares and the liquidity contract, as mentioned in Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
