BRIEF

on Baloise Asset Management AG (isin : CH0414551033)

Merger of the asset management units of Helvetia and Baloise

Helvetia and Baloise officially merged their asset management units on July 1, 2026. This move had been announced in January of the same year. The new entity, resulting from the merger of Helvetia Asset Management SA and Baloise Asset Management SA, now manages over CHF 100 billion in assets and employs more than 450 people.

The merger involves the universal transfer of Helvetia's assets and liabilities to Baloise, resulting in Helvetia's deregistration from the commercial register. André Keller, the group's GCIO, emphasizes the importance of this transaction in strengthening their position in the Swiss market.

The management of the Helvetia (CH) Swiss Property Fund has also been transferred. This transaction has no impact on the structure of existing investment solutions.
