Helvetia Asset Management SA announces its unification under the Helvetia brand, following its rapid integration with Baloise Asset Management SA. The company manages over CHF 100 billion in assets, ranking among the leading insurance asset managers in Switzerland. In the real estate sector, it is among the top five real estate investment managers, with approximately CHF 20 billion in assets.

André Keller, GCIO, emphasizes the importance of a shared brand identity to strengthen the offering and achieve clients' investment objectives. The merger, initiated in July 2026, marks a milestone in the integration of the Helvetia Baloise Group. Several investment funds are also having their names changed to reflect this new identity.
