Bains de Mer Monaco: Report of the 2026 General Assemblies
On September 18, 2026, the Annual General Meetings of the shareholders of Société des Bains de Mer were held in Monaco. At the Ordinary General Meeting, the financial statements for the 2025/2026 fiscal year were approved, with consolidated revenue of €861.6 million, reflecting growth in the hotel, gaming, and rental sectors. A dividend of €2 will be distributed. Mr. Stéphane Valeri's term of office was renewed, and authorization for share buybacks was granted.
