Azarga Metals Welcomes Matt Bolu to Board of Directors

Azarga Metals Corp. has announced the appointment of Matt Bolu to its Board of Directors, effective August 5, 2026. With nearly five decades of experience, Bolu brings a wealth of knowledge in the global minerals industry. His career began in the mid-1970s and includes significant roles in various mining operations and major companies, such as Canada Tungsten and Imperial Metals.

Bolu, President of Bomenco Minerals Engineering since 2000, has provided independent consulting services to the mining industry. His expertise spans the design and development of commercial metal and mineral projects globally, including copper and silver.

Gordon Tainton, CEO of Azarga Metals, expressed confidence in Bolu's contributions, particularly in advancing the company's copper-rich Marg Project in Yukon, Canada.
