74Software Discloses Recent Share Buyback Transactions

Paris, August 24, 2026 – 74Software has declared recent buyback activities involving its own shares. Following the authorization during the Combined General Meeting on May 19, 2026, the company has executed a share buyback program. The transactions took place on August 18 and 19, 2026. On August 18, 1,676 shares were purchased at a weighted average acquisition price of €38 per share, amounting to a total of €63,688. On the following day, 760 shares were acquired at the same average price, totaling €28,880. The overall transaction for both days reached €92,568.

These buybacks occurred under the European regulatory framework, with all transactional details aligned with Article 5(2)(c) of European Regulation No 596/2014.
