AXA Updates on Voting Rights and Share Capital Structure

AXA, a public company under French law, has disclosed the latest figures concerning its share capital and associated voting rights as of December 31, 2025. The company reported a share capital amounting to €4,786,631,884.56, comprising a total of 2,090,621,874 shares.

The total number of voting rights associated with this capital stands at 2,536,234,201. This calculation follows Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers, which includes all shares eligible for voting rights, even those currently deprived of them.

AXA's bylaws also stipulate notification requirements for individuals or entities surpassing significant thresholds of ownership. Any entity holding 0.5% or more of the company’s capital or voting rights must notify AXA within five days. This measure ensures transparency and compliance with French commercial regulations.
