AXA Discloses Voting Rights and Share Capital Information

On January 13, 2025, AXA released details concerning its share capital and voting rights. As of December 31, 2024, the company reported a share capital composed of 2,214,797,873 shares. These shares entitle holders to a total of 2,662,450,452 voting rights. These figures are calculated according to Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers, which includes all shares with voting rights, even those currently deprived of them.

AXA's bylaws stipulate additional disclosure requirements beyond the legal thresholds. Specifically, any person or entity, directly or indirectly, acquiring a stake representing 0.5% or more of the company’s share capital or voting rights, must notify AXA within five days. This notification must include the number of shares, voting rights, and securities held.
