Availability of the EPC Group's 2025 Universal Registration Document
EPC Groupe announced the filing of its 2025 Universal Registration Document with the Financial Markets Authority on April 30, 2026. This document includes the annual financial report for the year ending December 31, 2025, incorporating consolidated annual accounts, management report and various reports from the Statutory Auditors.
In addition to these elements, it contains a special report on regulated agreements and commitments, a sustainability statement certified by the auditors, as well as draft resolutions for the General Meeting scheduled for June 30, 2026. The document is accessible to the public in accordance with regulations and can be consulted on the EPC Group website and that of the AMF.
