This follows its Annual General Meeting on June 24, 2025. Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and Prof. Stefano Brusoni were elected as new members, with their term extending until the conclusion of the 2026 financial year’s board discharge.
The Supervisory Board now includes Mr. John Costopoulos, DDr. Martin Wagner, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos, and Prof. Stefano Brusoni. Prof. Brusoni, Vice Rector at ETH Zurich, brings considerable expertise in innovation, artificial intelligence, and technology management, aligning with the Group’s strategic goals.
