AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG et Dai Nippon Printing signent un protocole d'accord en vue d'une offre de rachat.
AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG et Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP) ont signé un protocole d'accord. DNP prévoit une offre publique d'achat volontaire au prix de 10,00 EUR par action AUSTRIACARD. Cette offre vise un seuil d'acceptation d'au moins 75 % et est soumise à l'approbation des autorités réglementaires. Nikolaos Lykos s'est engagé à apporter sa participation de 74,6 %.
La direction d'AUSTRIACARD soutient l'offre proposée, sous réserve d'examen des documents, et en informera les actionnaires. Après la finalisation de l'offre, les deux parties envisagent d'explorer des pistes de coopération pour soutenir la croissance d'AUSTRIACARD, même si le dividende annoncé pour 2025 ne sera pas versé.
