Atos SE Reports Q3 2025 Financial Performance Amid Transformation Efforts
Atos SE has announced its Q3 2025 financial results, indicating a limited net cash change of approximately €-38 million. This was achieved without utilizing account receivable factoring or specific trade payable optimizations, despite restructuring costs estimated at €-87 million.
Revenue for the quarter totaled €1,977 million, representing a 10.5% organic decline compared to last year. The Atos Strategic Business Unit (SBU) reported a 19% revenue drop to €1,621 million due to contract exits and market softness, while Eviden SBU's revenue surged by 77% to €356 million, boosted by the Jupiter contract.
Signs of recovery are noted in North America and Central Europe, with cloud and cyber services showing year-on-year growth. The company's book-to-bill ratio remained flat at 66%, yet commercial activities are gaining momentum.
With transformative efforts under the "Genesis" plan, Atos has confirmed its 2025 profitability and cash targets, anticipating positive cash generation and organic growth by 2026.
