Atlas Salt Announces New Executive Leadership Team

Atlas Salt Inc. has announced significant changes in its executive management, appointing Mr. Nolan K. Peterson as the new CEO and Mr. Jeffrey Kilborn as CFO and VP Corporate Development, effective June 9, 2025. This transition marks a new chapter for the company as it gears up for the development of the Great Atlantic salt project.

Peterson brings over two decades of experience in the mining sector, with a strong background in development, operations, and finance. His previous roles included significant project leadership positions at New Gold and TMAC Resources, where he contributed to major mining initiatives.

Jeffrey Kilborn joins Atlas with expertise in mining and financial markets, having held senior roles at Canadian Gold Corp and engaged in investment banking with Raymond James Ltd. and Bank of America.

The duo's appointment is seen as a strategic move to leverage their skills in advancing the project and enhancing the company's profile in the capital markets.
