In accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority, ATLAND has published the details of its share capital and voting rights as of December 31, 2025. The total number of shares is 4,460,802, with a total number of voting rights of 7,779,122.
Shares with single voting rights comprise 1,009,419 units, representing the same number of theoretical voting rights. Shares with double voting rights number 3,318,320, generating a total of 6,636,640 voting rights. In addition, 133,063 shares are held without voting rights as part of the company's treasury stock.
