ATLAND Expands Its Real Estate Private Debt Activities
ATLAND announces a significant development in its private real estate debt sector. The company is taking over the management of the Chenavari Real Estate Decarbonisation Fund, renamed the Aedgis Commercial Real Estate Decarbonisation Fund (ACRED). This fund, certified ELTIF 2 by the AMF and holder of the LuxFLAG ESG label, targets sustainable real estate projects in France.
With the addition of Gilles Castiel and Alix Baret, the group strengthens its expertise. Castiel assumes the role of CEO of Aedgis, while Baret becomes Chief Investment Officer. They bring a combined experience of nearly 50 years in managing over €2.2 billion in financing.
ATLAND, through Aedgis, seeks to develop tailored financial solutions in response to the contraction of traditional financing. The new appointments and the management of the ACRED fund reinforce its strategy in the context of evolving real estate markets.
