Change in Liquidity Contract Management for Ateme

On January 2, 2026, Ateme announced the transfer of the management of its liquidity contract from Kepler Cheuvreux to TP ICAP (EUROPE). This change, effective from the beginning of the new year, is for a one-year term, automatically renewable. TP ICAP is thus responsible for managing Ateme shares on Euronext Paris, promoting liquidity and the regularity of transactions in accordance with applicable regulations.

Ateme closed its contract with Kepler Cheuvreux on December 31, 2025. The assets attached to the liquidity account, comprising 10,392 securities and €7,464.90 in cash, were transferred unchanged to TP ICAP. The contract may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the conditions set forth by regulations or the parties involved.
