Atari transfers its headquarters from France to Luxembourg
On July 7, 2026, Atari announced the completion of its transfer of registered office from France to Luxembourg. This operation was carried out through a cross-border conversion of Atari SA into a public limited company governed by Luxembourg law, effective as of July 6, 2026.
This change aims to provide Atari with greater operational flexibility, supporting its long-term strategic growth plans. As a Luxembourg company, Atari seeks to leverage a suitable legal framework for its European operations. There are no changes to the company's business operations or its listing on Euronext Growth Paris.
Dissident shareholders in France were given the opportunity to sell their shares at €24 each. This transaction represents approximately 0.4% of the share capital.
