Atari General Meeting: Review of Preparatory Documents
On May 6, 2026, Atari announced that its Combined General Meeting will be held on May 27, 2026, in Paris. This event will take place at the Paris Trocadéro Business Center and will begin at 3:00 p.m. Shareholders can now consult the preparatory documents, as provided in Articles R. 22-10-23 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code, available on the company's website.
