Atari approves the transfer of its headquarters to Luxembourg
On May 27, 2026, Atari announced that its shareholders had approved the transfer of its headquarters from France to Luxembourg. This decision was ratified by a 95.25% majority at the general meeting. Dissenting shareholders, who voted against the move, can exercise their right of withdrawal. This right allows them to request the repurchase of their shares by the company, provided they do so before June 8, 2026.
The shares will be held by Uptevia in Paris until the settlement is finalized, which is expected between July and September 2026. The exit price is set at €24 per share. Atari, an iconic brand in interactive entertainment, is listed on Euronext Growth Paris.
