Atari Adjusts the Conversion Ratio of its Convertible Bonds
On May 12, 2026, Atari announced an adjustment to the conversion ratio of its bonds convertible into new shares. This decision follows the completion of its share consolidation, announced on May 5, 2026. During this consolidation, 200 existing shares at €0.01 each were converted into 1 new share at €2.00 each.
The conversion ratio is now calculated by multiplying the old ratio by the ratio of the number of new shares to the number of shares existing before the consolidation. Thus, 200 bonds allow the subscription of 1 new ordinary share, with a maximum of 995,773 new shares to be issued.
