AS Beteiligungs- und Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft GmbH, based in Berlin, has announced a new corporate bond aimed at raising €50 million. Issued through its subsidiary, AS Invest Capital LTD in London, the bond offers an 8.5% annual interest rate. Having 22 years of market experience, AS Group boasts a robust operational track record. The company has a strong presence in real estate, with over 1,500 existing properties and more than 4,000 units sold. It has distributed over €200 million to investors, reinforcing its credibility.

The bond proceeds will support high-yield investments and growth in their real estate portfolio. The group is also considering an IPO to bolster its capital market position. Led by Andreas Schrobback, AS Group emphasizes a clear strategic direction and entrepreneurial strength.
