Resolutions were fully approved at the Arverne General Assembly

On June 17, 2026, Arverne, the French leader in geothermal solutions, held its Combined General Meeting in Paris. The event was chaired by Pierre Brossollet, the company's CEO. Shareholders were able to vote via the secure VOTACCESS platform, by mail, or in person if they were present. All 48 proposed resolutions were approved in accordance with the Board of Directors' recommendations.

During the meeting, Pierre Brossollet presented the achievements of the year 2025, as well as the objectives for 2026 and the roadmap for the period 2031-2033. He expressed his gratitude to the shareholders for their support, highlighting the importance of geothermal energy for the energy transition.
