Voting Rights and Shares at Artmarket.com
The latest press release from Artmarket.com specifies the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article L 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of January 31, 2026, the share capital consisted of 6,651,515 shares. The total number of theoretical and actual voting rights is 8,760,337. Each share carries the same voting rights, except for treasury shares and those held in registered form for more than two years, which benefit from double voting rights.
