ARTCLINE Secures €3.4 Million Funding for ARTICE® Therapy Launch

ARTCLINE GmbH has successfully raised €3.4 million to advance the commercialization of its ARTICE® immune cell therapy aimed at tackling septic shock. A significant contribution of €1 million was made by Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Mecklenburg-Vorpommern mbH (MBG MV), alongside support from other investors.

The funding will facilitate the market introduction of ARTICE®, following the completion of the ReActIF-ICE clinical trial that involved 142 patients. This trial's results are anticipated soon.

Managing directors Jens Altrichter and Dirk Hessel expressed enthusiasm for the new treatment's potential to address septic shock, a pressing issue in intensive care. The intended launch is planned for early 2027.

Septic shock, a severe complication of sepsis, remains a leading challenge in healthcare, highlighting an urgent need for innovative treatments like ARTICE®.
