Arras Minerals Reports Initial Drilling Results at Elemes Project, Kazakhstan
Vancouver-based Arras Minerals Corp. has announced initial drilling results from the Bereszki Central target at its Elemes project in Northeast Kazakhstan. The first 3 drillholes revealed significant copper-gold mineralization starting from the surface.
Highlights include drill hole EL24001 showing 261 meters of mineralization grading 0.64% CuEq, EL24002 with 102 meters at 0.45 g/t AuEq, and EL24003 with 264 meters at 0.30 g/t AuEq. All holes displayed extensive porphyry-style mineralization.
The Elemes project is in the Bozshakol-Chingiz Magmatic arc, offering proximity to large-scale operations like Kaz Mineral's Bozshakol mine. Arras Minerals aims to explore further, testing additional target areas throughout Q1 2025. The potential is promising in what is considered one of the lowest-cost mining jurisdictions worldwide.
