Arkema Reports Share Buyback Transactions in Early August 2026
From August 3 to August 7, 2026, Arkema executed share buyback transactions as per Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. During this period, the company repurchased a total of 17,500 of its own shares. Each daily transaction comprised 3,500 shares.
The weighted average acquisition prices for the shares varied slightly over the week, starting at 60.4366 EUR on August 3 and reaching 61.6356 EUR by August 7, with a total average price of 61.2682 EUR. All transactions were conducted on the XPAR market.
