Arkema Discloses Recent Share Buyback Activities
Arkema has publicly announced its recent activities in share repurchases conducted between September 21 and 25, 2026. These transactions comply with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. Across these five days, Arkema repurchased a total of 17,600 shares.
The weighted average price of these transactions was 56.8498 per share. On September 21 and 22, the company acquired 4,000 shares each day at average prices of 56.2657 and 56.5938, respectively. Additional acquisitions included 3,200 shares on both September 23 and 24, at 57.6635 and 57.2966. On September 25, another 3,200 shares were bought at 56.6396. All transactions were conducted on the market with identifier code XPAR.
