Arkema: Declaration of transactions in own shares
Arkema recently announced that it completed share purchases between September 7 and 11, 2026. In accordance with applicable regulations, these transactions comply with the conditions set out in Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. During this period, Arkema purchased a total of 17,700 shares. The purchases were made at a weighted average price of €58.3610 per share.
Trading volumes varied daily, starting with 3,200 shares on September 7 and reaching 4,500 shares on September 11. Daily purchase prices ranged from €56.9908 to €59.5690, with these purchases made on the Paris regulated market (XPAR).
