Arkema: Declaration of the Number of Voting Rights and Shares

This statement is crucial to ensure transparency on corporate governance and the distribution of decision-making power.

As of July 31, 2025, the number of shares comprising the capital amounted to 76,060,831. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, was 95,122,234. After deduction of treasury shares, the actual voting rights available amount to 94,437,356.
