Arkema announces transactions on its own shares
Arkema, a major chemical company, has announced its recent share transactions carried out between June 16 and 18, 2025. These transactions are in accordance with European Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014. A total of 11,500 shares were acquired over three days.
On June 16, Arkema purchased 4,000 shares at a weighted average price of €60.5774 per share. On June 17, 2,500 shares were acquired at an average price of €60.6733. Finally, on June 18, the company acquired 5,000 shares for €59.5893 each. The reference market for these transactions is designated by the code XPAR.
