Arkema Announces Share Buyback Transactions
From May 12 to May 16, 2025, Arkema conducted share buyback transactions as per EU Regulation number 596/2014. The company, listed under the financial instrument identifier code FR0010313833 and market code XPAR, engaged in daily acquisitions of its shares during this period.
On May 12, Arkema purchased 2,400 shares at a weighted average price of 70.7740 euros. The activity continued with the acquisition of an equal number of shares on May 13 at 70.6054 euros per share. May 14 saw a buyback of 2,800 shares at 69.0104 euros each. The following day, another 2,400 shares were acquired for 68.5730 euros per share.
