2025 Half-Year Review of Arkema's Liquidity Contract
Arkema has published the half-year results of its liquidity agreement with Natixis ODDO BHF. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account held 89,273 securities worth €8,397,788.
From January 1 to June 30, 2025, Arkema completed 15,439 purchase transactions and 17,495 sale transactions. The volume traded amounted to 1,441,835 shares purchased for €105,227,834 and 1,421,822 shares sold for €104,107,871.
Initially, €15 million was allocated to implement this contract. Arkema clarified these results by stating that the liquidity contract is being executed in accordance with current regulations.
