Arkema: Declaration on Voting Rights and Shares

Arkema published a statement dated November 3, 2026, concerning the total number of voting rights and shares of the company, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority.

As of October 31, 2026, the number of shares comprising Arkema's share capital amounts to 77,065,468. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is 96,965,362. However, by deducting treasury shares, the actual number of voting rights is 96,405,965.
