ARI Motors Boosts Stake in Autonomous Vehicle Platform

ARI Motors Industries SE has signed a strategic agreement with Faction Technology, increasing its stake in the ARVIA SE joint venture from 25% to 40%. This move strengthens ARI's role as a significant European ally in the autonomous delivery vehicle sector.

The partnership merges European automotive production with U.S. autonomous driving expertise, enhancing ARI's market positioning. The framework dictates that ARI will initially control 100% of ARVIA SE until Faction meets a funding threshold of EUR 8 million.

The collaboration outlines a roadmap for operational advancement, including knowledge transfer from Faction to ARI and scaling of manufacturing capabilities in Europe. The initial production phase anticipates up to 200 vehicles, generating revenue surpassing EUR 5 million.
