ARGAN Maintient sa Note « Investment Grade » avec S&P
ARGAN, société spécialisée dans le développement et la location d'entrepôts, conserve sa note « Investment Grade » auprès de S&P Global Ratings. La notation « BBB- » avec une perspective « stable » demeure, conformément à l'endettement jugé adéquat malgré le retrait du portefeuille CARAT du marché.
La décision de S&P intervient après qu'ARGAN a annoncé son intention de maintenir un ratio LTV EPRA hors droits à 41,5 % et un ratio de dette nette sur EBITDA de 8,7 fois d'ici fin 2025. Le portefeuille d'entrepôts d'environ 130 millions d'euros ne sera pas vendu.
S&P réitère sa confiance dans la capacité d'ARGAN à maintenir des flux de trésorerie réguliers et à refinancer sa dette de 500 millions d'euros arrivant à échéance en novembre 2026. La solidité des actifs de la société est également soulignée.
