On Thursday, April 23, 2026, ARGAN announced the successful completion of its inaugural €500 million green bond issue. This initiative, driven by demand exceeding the offer by 5.5 times, demonstrates investor confidence in ARGAN's business model. The annual coupon is set at 3.779%, with a maturity date of October 2029.

This issuance will refinance a 2021 bond. It is part of the company's Green Financing Framework. ARGAN, rated BBB- by S&P, is thus securing its growth strategy. The bonds will be traded on Euronext Paris from April 30, 2026.

JP Morgan, Crédit Agricole CIB, BNP Paribas, and Société Générale oversaw the transaction, supported by Brandford Griffith & Associés and Gide Loyrette Nouel for legal advice.
