Arclin Expands Through Acquisition of Willamette Valley Company
Arclin, a leader in material science, has announced its agreement to purchase the Willamette Valley Company (WVCO), a manufacturer known for its broad range of products in various sectors such as wood products and transportation. This strategic acquisition will enhance Arclin's capabilities in engineered repair systems and increase its workforce by approximately 500 team members, alongside eight new manufacturing facilities.
Arclin's CEO, Bradley Bolduc, highlighted the complementary nature of WVCO's technologies and products with Arclin's existing offerings. The acquisition aims to provide enhanced value and opportunities across multiple segments. Mark Glaspey, Arclin's President, noted the operational efficiencies gained through this move, which is expected to expand geographical reach and unlock new growth possibilities.
