Archos completes the acquisition of O2i Ingénierie
The Prologue Group has confirmed the complete sale of its subsidiary O2i Ingénierie to the Archos Group, known for its IT hardware and services activities related to Apple and Adobe. In 2024, O2i Ingénierie reported consolidated revenue of €11 million with a slightly positive operating profit.
This transaction is part of Prologue's strategy to refocus on higher value-added activities. Although the sale was finalized on July 1, 2025, Prologue will include O2i's financial data for the first half of 2025 in its future balance sheets.
Prologue's next press release is scheduled for August 15, 2025, detailing first-half revenue.
