Arbonia Revises 2026 Outlook Amid Challenging German Market

Arbonia AG has adjusted its revenue and EBITDA expectations for the fiscal year 2026 due to weaker market conditions in Germany. The company now predicts that revenue will remain at the previous year's level of approximately CHF 625 million, with an EBITDA of around CHF 50 million. This revision is primarily driven by a slower-than-anticipated recovery of the German market, impacted by decreased demand in the new-build and renovation sectors, as well as increased material and freight costs due to geopolitical tensions.

Despite these challenges, Arbonia's businesses outside Germany display robust growth, with EBITDA projected to rise by more than 15% compared to last year. The Glass Solutions Business Unit is performing positively, offsetting subdued demand in certain German market segments. In response to the evolving market landscape, Arbonia is taking steps to increase profitability through cost and efficiency measures.
