Approval of resolutions at the Lhyfe General Assembly
Lhyfe, a green hydrogen producer, held its Annual General Meeting on May 22, 2026. Chaired by Matthieu Guesné, it brought together shareholders representing 82.99% of the voting rights. The participants unanimously approved the 2025 financial statements.
The General Meeting also approved the transfer of the company's shares from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris. The Board of Directors plans to implement this transfer shortly.
