Approval of Resolutions at the DRONE VOLT General Meeting
On June 13, 2025, DRONE VOLT held its Ordinary General Meeting in Villepinte. All resolutions presented were adopted by the shareholders. The 2024 statutory and consolidated financial statements were approved, and Céline Marsac's term as director was renewed for six years.
